  • You'll perform sourcing and supplier management for Technology and Market Data in Supply Chain at NatWest Markets
  • As a Supply Chain Manager, you'll act as a trusted adviser and drive cost efficiency, innovation, improve service delivery and reduce third party risk
  • You'll negotiate with Technology and Market Data suppliers, such as Bloomberg and Thompson Reuters and Front Office Technology Suppliers

What you'll do

This role will see you source, select and contract with providers who give solutions which meet business requirements in a cost effective manner.

Day-to-day, you'll:

  • Work with front office stakeholders to ensure all accountable expenditure across NatWest Markets is managed to maximise value
  • Manage all critical supplier relationships, including intra group agreements, to reduce risk and improve service delivery
  • Drive innovation, transformation, and identify efficiency opportunities to achieve savings targets
  • Provide market insights to front office stakeholders in benchmarking and continuous improvements
  • Follow Supply Chain controls and policies

The skills you'll need

Bringing significant experience in supply chain or procurement, you'll have in-depth knowledge of relevant suppliers and specifically, technology sourcing.

You'll also need a deep understanding of core technology procurement best practices as well as a proven ability to build and develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • The ability to negotiate complex contracts with suppliers

  • Evidence of achieving savings targets

You'll also ideally hold a relevant professional qualification, such as the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) or equivalent.
